Warranty, refund and return

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, a buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar product within 14 days if the purchased goods do not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons, and if the presentation, labels and payment document issued by the seller together with the goods are preserved. Exceptions are goods that are not subject to return under the Law, a list of which can be found here.

Product exchange or refund

According with the Consumer Rights Law You can refuse what we sold within 14 (fourteen) days. The product must be returned in full packaging.

The warranty for all our products is 12 months from the moment of payment. You can also count on online support even after the warranty period has expired. Warranty repair

If problems arise during the operation of the product, please contact our store only.

The warranty repair period includes the product diagnostics period (from 1 to 14 days).

If the service center does not have repair spare parts, upon agreement with the Buyer, the warranty repair period can be extended until the necessary spare parts arrive at the service center.

If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with the same or similar product. The operation to replace the product is carried out after mandatory testing of the product in the service center.

*A persuasive request when contacting the service center to provide the product in a complete set. This will ensure the correct identification of the malfunction and save your time in the event of the need to replace the product with a new one.
